This initiative is part of their broader effort, which includes two dozen housing buildings across New York City, aimed at helping low-income families, veterans, and other vulnerable groups. Residents benefit from on-site services such as case management, primary medical care, and psychiatric care. Wells Fargo, a key partner, has contributed significantly to these efforts, donating over $710 million since 2019 to make housing more accessible and affordable. They recently announced a new grant of half a million dollars to support a new affordable community in Harlem, furthering their commitment to advancing housing access and affordability.
